Fees

My fees reflect the extensive training I have undertaken to become qualified, as well as my professional experience, the cost of room hire, and monthly expenses such as insurance and professional supervision.

As a member of both the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The UK Association of Transactional Analysts (UKATA), I am committed to continuously developing my knowledge and expertise to ensure I work ethically and safely. This includes regular participation in continuous professional development.

A therapeutic hour is 50 minutes.

The therapy session pricing is as follows: £55 per session for individual therapy fees and £80 per session for couples therapy rates.

Additionally, a limited number of concessional sessions are available for counselling students or those with a reduced income.

Many of my clients have preferred to continue working together remotely and securely on Zoom. The feedback I have received is that they appreciate the flexibility it affords them, especially when considering couples therapy rates and individual therapy fees, which can vary. This arrangement allows them to manage their therapy session pricing more effectively.
